If you are going through this note, we are extremely sorry that perhaps we were not able to stand up to your expectations. We only accept returns/replacements for items that are received damaged.

Our return policy lasts for 48 hours from the receipt of the package. We cannot consider your request beyond this as most of our packages are personalized, may contain perishable goods, and are curated with a lot of customization.

To be eligible for a return, you must ensure the following:

• Share a picture of the damaged items
• Your item is unused & in the same condition that you received
• Perishable goods such as food & flowers cannot be returned
• Customized goods (with name & picture printing, etc.) cannot be returned
• Gift cards issued in your name or someone else’s name cannot be returned
• Personal care-related items cannot be returned
• Sale items are non-refundable

You may write to us at info@lovelyboxfactory.com with the subject ‘Return’ and mention your concern along with pictures (if applicable). We will respond to your request within 48 working hours and initiate the return (as applicable) within 3-4 working days.

For any queries related to returns, you do not need to send your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will acknowledge the same. It will be examined, and based on our evaluation, you will be notified of approval/rejection of the refund. There could be situations where only partial refunds are granted.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 working days after deducting 20% logistics fees and 4% transaction fees, as applicable.

Exchange Policy

As we deal only in gifting solutions, we do not have an exchange policy. Items can only be replaced if defective. A nearing expiry date is not considered damage or a defect. We, in the first place, endeavor not to ship any product with less than 60 days to expiry.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is placed, our team works towards sending it at the earliest. If the order is not yet dispatched and it does not have any customization, we shall consider the cancellation request.
